How To Place Your Order

Go to Contact Us page and fill out your details in full. We will send you an order form. Once payment is made in full we will dispatch your order.

Payment

Banter & Frolic prefer payment via Direct Deposit. Alternatively payment can be made via cheque or money order.

GST

Banter & Frolic is not currently registered for GST so there is no GST to be added to our prices. 

Delivery

Banter & Frolic endeavour to fill your order as soon as reasonably possible subject to stock availability. Allow between 7-10 working days from receipt of payment depending on your location. We will arrange freight at your expense unless you provide details of your preferred freight provider.

Retention of Title

Ownership of the goods shall not be transferred until payment has been made in full and cleared.

Disclaimer of Product

All products selected by Banter & Frolic and our team may have slight variations between each individual item. Banter & Frolic reserves the right to replace any item/s in the package with an alternative item of equivalent value, style and character.

Banter & Frolic accepts no responsibility for health or injuries sustained from its products, activities, recommendations or food issues owing to an individuals misuse or food related allergies. Ensure activities are appropriate for the age and ability of all children attending and adequate adults supervision is provided at all times.

Availability of Stock

All purchases from Banter & Frolic are subject to availability. We do our best to keep all our products in stock. If an item becomes out of stock we will contact you by phone or email to inform you when the item is expected in stock.

You can choose to:

a) Put your entire order back order until the item is back in stock. or;

b) Have the rest of your order delivered immediately and notify you when the out of stock item is back in stock and deliver as soon as possible.
